The reason for deletions is not meeting the guidelines. Yes feedback from other members will be taken into consideration but no action will be taken right away, only after thorough scrutiny a warning following any penalization will be taken against any member. My message dated 27-07-2013 also states that there are few answers from you which are found copied from various other sources. There is no reply from your side. And few more cases like this happened with you in earlier sessions too. A good name is hard to be earned. So earn a good name by abiding by all the rules and guidelines we specify to you.
