Actually, members will be directed to edit their answers & advised to do research before answering such tricky questions. Some will do but others will ignore that is the reason why you have observed such replies. On this be half I would like to request you to report such posts (when found) which will be immediately deleted by me to make our site a better place to learn/know about UPSC.
Informative + Quality posts with right suggestions will get approved. We approve some answers which are slightly wrong to show the member about his mistakes and give chance to rectify his/her mistakes. Not every answer get approved in post evaluation. It should be extremely helpful for the end user. If we feel its not worth to publish on site, the resultant is deletion. Make sure that your answer is upto the mark of point/answer what you are getting and also try to make your answer as one stop solution.
