To appear for NDA, age should be in the range of 16.5 to 19.

If you want to apply for NDA exam then your age must be below 19 years of age .

From your date of birth it is clear that your age is over 19 year this year after October.

Hence you will not be eligible for NDA exam in 2013.

So if you really want to join defence as an officer then you have to complete your graduation and then apply for CDS exam.

If you want to apply for non officer posts then you can still apply for it as your age is good for non officer post .

If you have done your 10+2 with physics and maths then you can apply for SCRA exam.
The age limit for SCRA exam is 17 to 21 years.

As per your DOB, you say you were born on 10 October 1993. So if you calculate your age till the NDA 2013, then you would be completing the 20th year of your life.

Now as you may know that NDA stands for the National Defense Academy. This is conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) every year for the Defense Recruitment purposes.

Now as per their age criteria's they say that candidates whose ages are between 16.5 to 19 years in the year of applying can apply for the NDA 1 or 2.
But unfortunately this year, you missed/have taken your last attempt.

Hence YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE NDA 2013.

No, you can not apply for NDA exam.

Requirements-

Candidate must be 12th appearing or 12th passed.

Age must be in 16.5-19

Candidate must be Indian civilization.

Candidate must be unmarried.

Only male candidate apply for that.

See according to the eligibility criteria for NDA exam-

1)12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent
with Physics and Mathematics, conducted by a state education board or
a university and also Students who are appearing in the 12th class
under 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination can
also apply for this examination.

2)Students who are appearing for the NDA exam must be unmarried
males. They must be atleast 16 1/2 years and not more than 19 years
on January 1st or July 1st of the year subsequent to the year of the
exam.


As far as the age is concerned,you'll be more than 19 years old as on 1/1/2013, hence you cannot give the exam.

Sorry friend but you are not eligible for NDA & NA Exam 2013 since according to UPSC the candidates who are born after 2nd January 1995 and not later than 1st july 1997 are only eligible.
If you are so eager to join Defence then don't be upset you can apply for CDS Exam after graduation.

CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).

The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
Nationality:
The candidate must be Indian.

Age Limit: Candidates (Unmarried) of age between
(i) For IMA: 19-24 years.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: 19-22 years.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: 19-23 years.
(iv) For OTA: Male candidates (married or unmarried) of age between 19-25 years.
(v) For OTA: Unmarried Women of age between 19-24 years.

Educational Qualification:
(i) For I.M.A. and OTA: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering.

Because in 2013 your age is above the maximum allowable age limit for the NDA exam .

The maximum age limit for the NDA exam is 19 years for all the cast .

As on 2013 your age is above 19 so that you are not eligible for the NDA exam .

So if you have interest in defense then you can give the CDS exam after your graduation .

The criteria for the CDS exam is below :--------
