Hi dear

UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Exam was conducted on 20.05.2012.

The result of this Exam will generally be declared in the month of August.

The result will be declared on the Official UPSC Website:http://www.upsc.gov.in

But this is the time to hold your nerve as soon after the declaration of this result you will have to head for the Main Exam.

So this the best time for you to start and gear up your preparations for Main Exam.

UPSC has not announced the official dates of declaration of Result of of IAS preliminary exam,2012.

there is no any official announcement of dates by up[sc,

but expectantly it takes two moths from the date of examination to comes out

it is batter to get daily updates from upsc official website by checking it time to time.

Well you should not need to worry as the process of

upsc is very fast when compare to other and the results will be declare soon

And the results declare normally in 2 or 3 months

And you can check the results just go to the official website

And click on the result option

And fill your details like your roll.no. and date of birth

Then you will get your result

IAS Stands for Indian Administrative Service examination . This examination is conducted by Union Public service Commission Once in a year .

To become a IAS Officer , You have to clear the Civil Service examination .

Qualification :- You have to completed graduate degree in any discipline .

Civil Service exam is divided into various stages :-

>>Preliminary examination (CSAT)
>>Main examination
>>Personal Interview

Preliminary examination dates :-

~~Date of Notification :- 04.02.12

~~Last date for receipt of application :- 05.03.12

~~Date of examination :- 20.05.12

This examination was completed on 20/05/12 but the exam results was not declared yeat . The exam results will be except in the month of August or Sept in the official website as well as employment news paper . Whatever it is the exam results will be released before the main examination .

-The results of the Preliminary Exams of Civil Services conducted by the UPSC,this year on the 20th of MAY,will be declared in AUGUST.
~You can view the results on the official website of UPSC using your registration number and date of Birth.

~Soon after the declaration of the results of the preliminary exams,the selected candidates will be sent the admit cards for the Mains exams to be conducted in the month of October-November.
~Hence,you will not get much time to prepare after this.
~Therefore,I will recommend you not to waste your precious time and keep good preparations for the Mains examination.Pay heed to the optional subjects you had elected as these papers carry 1200 marks,which are vital in determining the course of the final results.
~Also solve a lot of model papers,and improve upon your writing skills as the papers for the Mains exams are subjective.
~Its the time for hard work.
Although,you are awaiting the results of the preliminary exams,do not hold yourself.

well dear till now there is not any date declared that when will the result will come but as son as any information regarding this we will get then surely we will inform you about that but also you can also check about it from the official website of UPSC ww.upsc.gov.in

UPSC generally takes 2-3 mnths declaring result of preliminary after the date of conduct of the examination,so keep reading newspaper & check upsc official site regularily for the same.

Hi..there is no announcement from UPSC about this result.The 2011 main exam result was announced on march.so 2012 result will take some more time.
