Hi Aspirant

Well you should not need to worry as it

Happens some times due to some of the technical issues

So don't worry much about it just try to log out

And then again log in or try to register again

And fill your details and pay fee

Through sbi net banking or bank challan

But you have to pay the fee because with out

Paying the fee you can't get admit card when it comes

Follow the steps

The problem you are facing is just a cause of Technical Error.
-You need not visit the Part-2 of the application form until you have made the payment of the form fee.
-You pay the fee in the branch as instructed,and then LOG IN again through your registration number and password.
-Your problem will be solved in all probability.
-If the problem persists,you can register a complaint with the officials of the UPSC on www.upsc.gov.in

it is the common problem genearlly faced by the peoples most often, you need to only click on the link of cash payment which is SHOWN to yOU RIGHT NOW when you will click the link then it will automatically redirect you to the OPTION"S

whether

YOU WANT TO DEPOSIT CASH BY debit card/credit card/or by net banking & other opion through challan.

then choose appropriate option.

if EVEN your PROBLEM not solved then re-logging is the option.


even if still feel the problem contact with upsc official number or register your application part-I to generate new registration I.D.

My Registration Id is 11218995383 and my date of birth 15 jun 1987 .Till now,I haven't completed payment but in the form 2 it is showing mode of payment as cash and it is also showing Registration Id and Transaction Id as same.Please clarify whether it is so or any thing has to be done
