YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPLICABLE FOR APPLYING IN THE CIVIL SERVICES.

There is no such issues regarding the stream for applying in the civil services exams.You are free to apply irrespective of any stream.
There are usually five civil services IAS,IPS,IFS,IES(INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES).IES(INDIAN ECONOMIC SERVICES).

Now the eligibility criteria for all the above mentioned civil services are

FOR IAS,IPS,IFS
1)Minimum qualification-graduation from any stream and from any recognized university.
2)Age limit-21 to 30 years. for general candidate
21 to 33 years for OBC
21 to 35 years for SC/ST.

Now for INDIAN ENGINEERING SERVICES.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION-The engineering degree in civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics and communication.
The age limit is same as IAS,IPS,IFS.

FOR INDIAN ECONOMIC SERVICES

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION-Post graduate degree in economics/business economics/econometrics.
Age limit is same as IAS,IPS AND IFS.

Hence you are applicable for IAS,IPS,IFS.

Yes of course you can applty to Civil Services Exam(CSE) after your graduation in tourism.
CSE is conducted by UPSC every year to make recruitments to 24 services/posts.
After clearing CSE you can get posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS,etc.

Eligibility For CSE :

Age Limit :General Category-21-30yrs on 1st August of the year of exam
OBC-21-33yrs
SC/ST-21-35yrs

Educational Qualification :Minimum educational qualification to appear in the CSE is,
A Graduation Degree in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognised University.

Final year appeared/appearing candidates can apply on provision.

Since you are a graduate i.e. B.A.(tourism),you are eligible to apply to UPSC CSE.

Attempts :General Category-4 times
OBC-7 times
SC/ST-Unlimited times

Yes Definitely you may apply for Civil Services Exams because every graduate who have a bachelor's degree in any discipline and their age is between 21-30 years are eligible to apply for Civil Service Exams and if you are pursuing final year of your degree or awaited for your result then you are eligible to apply for UPSC Civil Services exams.

You have completed your BA in Tourism so that you are eligible but your degree should be awarded by a government recognized university then you may apply for this exam.

Dates for Upcoming UPSC Civil Services Exams 2013 :

Start Date for Online Application : 02-02-2013

Last Date for Online Application : 04-03-2013

Date of Commencement of Exam : 19-05-2013

There is no more time left to prepare for prelims exam and you should start your preparation and to prepare for your Civil exams you should join any good reputed coaching institute and prepare hard for your exams and you should give at least 75% time for your study only then you would be eligible to qualify the prelims exam so that i have attached the complete syllabus for prelims and mains exam and also some question papers so please download all and prepare hard for exam.

Candidate should be graduate in any stream from recognized university.
final year candidate are also eligible for this exam.

Age Limit for general candidate is 21 to 30 year.
3year age relaxation for OBC candidate and 5 year age relaxation for SC/ST candidate.

Nationality should be Indian

Attempt limit
For General candidate- 4 attempt
OBC- 7 Attempt
SC/ST - no limit
