I would suggest you to opt what your heart says, where you can find peace of mind, where you can realize your life goals, where you can maximize your inherent potential. Now the question is how to answer these questions? Just sit down in a silent room. Ask yourself two questions:

1- What do I want from my life?
2- What others want me to do and how much I want to comply with them?

And, choose the right career that suits the answers for the above two questions. Mind it, every individual is unique with unique qualities, different ambitions, different approach to life. If I say, go for MBA, then it must be said in the context of your abilities, your interests, your core values etc. So, choose a career that suits you. There is no good or bad choices. You can find people making good name in all the professions that you listed.

Let me answer your query by slightly modifying the situation that you are in. Suppose instead of doing B.Tech, you have done graduation in Arts. So, the question would be like "What would be the best choice for an Arts graduate among Air Force, MBA, Civil Services? " What will you suggest?

i am a student from automobile engg. 3rd year .i have a lot o options after doing my b tech .i can give gate ies air force or can do mba .but i want to prepare for civil services .but the problem is if i opt for civil services my b.tech degree will become a waste .there are chances of getting a job from college also....what would be the best for me
