You can refer to UPKAR's english and aptitude books for regular practice of comprehensions and others.
Pratiyogita Darpan as a magazine and THE HINDU newspaper are considered to be the best for current affairs and improving english too.

And for English either you can go with the S.P Bakshi book

And for the preparation of the Aptitude test

The Arihant Book is best and also you can purchase the

R.S Aggarwal book too which is also good for the aptitude

And for the current affairs the best book is the

Pratiyogita darpan because it covers all the current topics

And also you can read daily a news paper

"R S Agarwal Quantitative aptitude" and "R S Agarwal verbal and non-verbal reasoning" are best books for aptitude test.you can download it free from some websites.
"Pratiyogita Darpan" and "UPSC portal" are advisable magazines for current affairs.
For English Comprehension you can refer previous year papers.
