Best book for CDS as far as I consider is Pathfinder CDS entrance exam and NCC has nothing to do with the CDS exams...

If you are NCC certificate, therefore it will be best for you in the physical and Medical test.

By using these certificate,It can be say that you must be physically as well as mentally fit.

You are bright chance for getting in CDS exam(Indian army, Indian navy and Indian Air force)

CDS preparation is certainly depend on your hardwork,deligation,G.K,current awareness.Some seats are reserved for NCC "C" certificate holder.
