The best way to clear any personality exam is that your communication skills must be very good.

The english speaking should be very good.

You must have great self confidence.

You must have god knowledge of cloths.

You must have general awareness.

Always try to be famiuliar with the interviewess while facing interview.

Keep a very cool smile on your face.

For personality test ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, know about more n more about urself. Clear ur vision of job , like = why u want to join,,?

Speak in good manner , improve speaking skills, have command in english n hindi both ... Maintain good body structure and-

be honest in your words, never lie , if try to maintain ur degree subjects knowledge for possible quests..
