Dear Friend, B.Tech is a degree course after that you can go for Indian Engineering Service Examination also for Civil services examination and also other post graduation course. It depends upon your interest . If you are interested in MBA then firstly passed your MBA and after MBA you also have chance for civil services examination. For Civil Services Examination : Candidate must be passed his/her graduation and also can apply in last year of graduation.Candidate must be under 21-30 years.3 years age relaxation for BC candidate and 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidate. Dear Aspirant Its all depend upon you.Give yourself time.Whether you have interest in corporate sectors or you are more interested in government jobs.Secondly understand the pattern of both the examination and see in which you are comfortable.Preparation for CAT require high IQ and need to very good in English where as IAS require continuous study as well as good in General studies.Preparation comes second, first you have to see your passions whether you are more interested for government jobs or corporate sectors

IAS or Indian Administrative service is one of the prestigious civil service exam conducted by UPSC for recruitment to various All India Service.Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University is the minimum qualification required to apply for IAS exam.So,you are definitely eligible for IAS exam. Hello Friend, I would suggest you to opt what your heart says, where you can find peace of mind, where you can realize your life goals, where you can maximize your inherent potential. Now the question is how to answer these questions? Just sit down in a silent room. Ask yourself two questions: 1- What do I want from my life? 2- What others want me to do and how much I want to comply with them? And, choose the right career that suits the answers for the above two questions. Mind it, every individual is unique with unique qualities, different ambitions, different approach to life. If I say, go for MBA, then it must be said in the context of your abilities, your interests, your core values etc. So, choose a career that suits you. There is no good or bad choices.
