If You are graduate and you fulfill the eligibility criteria then you are eligible for this exam

candidate should be graduate from a recognized university in any stream
marks or percentage doesn't matter in CSAT exam
Final year candidate are also eligible for this exam.

Age Limit

General 21 to 30 year
OBC 21 to 33 year
SC/ST 21 to 35 year

yes you are eligible for CIVIL SERVICE EXAM because you are a graduate and you fulfill all requirements.

you should have to passed graduate from the recognized university.

age should be 21 to 30 years.

age relaxation for obc 3 years, for sc/st 5 years.

you should be indian.

IAS exam requires a candidate to possess a graduation or an equivalent degree. So, you are eligible for civils exam provided you also fulfill other eligibility criteria for the exam.

Age Limit: General (21-30 yrs), OBC (21-33 yrs) and SC/ST(21-35 yrs).
