There is minimum educational qualification for Civil Service Candidate must be Graduate any stream from any recognized university.

Age should be between 21-30 years

Therefore you can apply for Civil Service Exam after completing your B.Sc.

you just passed graduate/ appearing graduate from the recognized university.

age should be 21 to 30 years.

age relaxation for obc 3 years, for sc/st 5 years.

you should be indian.

Well dear as you are doing b.sc in nursuing then you can apply for civil services exam as any graduate can apply for this exam.
ELIGIBILITY:
<>you must be a citizen of india.
<>you should have a graduation degree from any department from any recognised university.
<>your age should be between 21 to 30 years.age relaxation of 3 years to obc and 5 years to sc candidates is provided.

YES YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPLICABLE FOR THE CIVIL SERVICES.

The main criteria regarding the educational qualification of the civil services is graduation from any stream,the stream just does not matter,you just need to be graduate.
As after completing B.Sc in nursing,you will become a graduate you can apply for civil services.

You are applicable for civil services like IAS,IPS,IFS

but not for IES i,e for Indian Engineering Service and the Indian Economic Services as the criteria of the educational qualification here is different.
