hi,detailed information about IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS exams is conducted by UPSC in once time in year through Civil Service Exam.So you must attend in CSAT examEligibility Required for the exam:-The Candidate should be a graduate from a recognized university-Or either pass in any of the equivalent degree-The Age of the candidate should be between 21 to 30-The age relaxation for the obc and sc,st of3 and 5 yearsAttempts :-Their is 4 attempts for the general-Their is 7 attempts for the obc-Their is unlimited attempts for the sc,stgood luck......

IAS,IPS,IRS,IFS all civil services is conducted by Union public services examination every year.

ELIGIBILITY is almost common:

Education:Graduate.

Age: General: 21-30 years,ObC: 21-33 years.S.C S.T: 21-35 years.

Nationality: INDIAN.....M/F both can apply for civil services.

ATTEMPTS: for GENERAL: 4 attempts.OBC:7 attempts.S/C S/T: NO LIMIT.

Exams: Preliminary,Mains,Interview as per merit list appointment is issued.

Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.

The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
Final year degree students are also eligible
Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

Age limit
General 21-30 yrs
SC/ST 21-35 yrs
PH 21-40 yrs

Number of attempts permitted
General 4
OBC 7
PH 7
SC/ST No Limit

Nationality should be Indian.


IFS stands for Indian Forest Services.
The basic eligibility criteria for IFS Exam are as follows:

Educational Qualification
The candidate must graduate from any recognized university with at least one of the fourteen subjects given below:
Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary science,
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Geology, Botany, Zoology,
Agricultural engineering, Chemical engineering, Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering.
Final year degree students are also eligible

Age limit
General 21-30 yrs
SC/ST 21-35 yrs
OBC 21-33 yrs

Number of attempts permitted
General 4
OBC 7
PH 7
SC/ST No Limit

Nationality should be Indian.
