No you can not , Because you have to be graduate for entry to the UPSC examination.

Age Criteria:

1)For General 21 to 30 years
2)For OBC 21 to 33 years
3)For Sc/St 21 to 35 years.

Sorry to say but diploma students are not eligible for the UPSC...

you have to be graduate for entry or appear into UPSC examination...

Criteria:

age:
For General: 21-30 years
for OBC: 21-33 years
for SC/ST: 21-35 years

No of attempts:

for general: 4
for OBC: 7
for SC/ST: no limit

dear aspirant,

sorry to say that you are not eligible to apply for UPSC CIvil Services exam after completing diploma. as for Civil Services exam you must complete or appearing in final year of graduation. so if you want to apply for Civil Services exam first of all you need to complete graduation.
UPSC the body which conduct the Civil Services exam for the posts of IAS, IPS, IRS etc.


Civil Services exam constitutes three parts:
1. CSAT
2. Mains
3. Interview

for appearing in exam you have to fulfill some other requirement like:
>> you must have completed or appearing in final year of graduation.

>>your age must be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam. there is relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
and you must have attained the minimum age on same date and you have not attained the upper age on similar date.

Sorry friend but you are not eligible for Civil Services Examination after completing diploma since the minimum requirement is graduation and diploma is not considered as a graduate course, So you can do graduation and then you can apply for Civil Services Examination.

The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
Final year degree students are also eligible
Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

Age limit
General 21-30 yrs
SC/ST 21-35 yrs
PH 21-40 yrs

Number of attempts permitted
General 4
OBC 7
PH 7
SC/ST No Limit

Nationality should be Indian.

Sorry dear, you are not eligible for civil right now after completing diploma because diploma holder not eligible for this post. And don't need of diploma holder to UPSC.....

For Civil Service Examination you must be Graduate from any recognized university.

There is Graduation or its equal degree necessary.

Age should be between 21-30 years

So dear you can apply if you are Graduate

NO YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR APPLYING IN THE CIVIL SERVICES.

The minimum criteria for applying in the civil services exam is the graduation from any stream from any mode of education.And you must understand that the diploma is never considered as the graduation by anyway.It is the only equivalent to 12,one need to do a three year course after completing diploma in order to get a graduation degree.That is when you will be eligible for the civil services.

The diploma is never equivalent to a degree,it will be better if you go to complete your degree,which will help you to have more chances in future.And for the civil services as i have mentioned,you are not eligible wright now.
