Hi,

Upsc conducts the scra examination.

Your age should be 17 to 21 years and your qualification is 12th with maths and physics.

Here i am also attached the some practice papers of scra examination.Please download and prepare well.

UPSc conduct the SCRA exam for the posts

of Railways. for that you need 12th with math and physics.

your age must be within 17 years to 21 years.

-SCRA exams stand for SPECIAL CLASS RAILWAY APPRENTICE.These exams are conducted annually by the UPSC,for the enrollment of deserving candidates in Indian Railways.
-The candidates who qualify the written examination are called in for Interviews,and those who pass this,along with the medical test,are educated to a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering,for a span of four years,after which they are placed in as Grade A Officer in the Railways.
-IN 2012,,the written exams were successfully conducted on the 29th of January.The forms of the same were fill up in November,2011.
-The written exam results of SCRA were declared on 14th of May,2012.The candidates who qualified the written exams had to fill in a form,with their details,before the 29 th of May,2012 for the Interviews.
-The further notifications of the Interview to be conducted are updated on the official website of UPSC-
www.upsc.gov.in
-To apply for the SCRA exams to be conducted in 2013,the notifications of release of forms are expected to be out in November,2012.You can apply online on the website mentioned below :
www.upsconline.nic.in

There are no fixed date for the SCRA exam .Last exam was taken at the end of january .The advertisement was cone in november .You have to periodically check the employment news paper and UPSC site for more details regarding the exam .

SCRA Stands for Special Class Railway Apprentice.This examination is conducted by Union public service commission for every year.This year examination is already completed so you will wait for next year.This year examination date is 29/1/12.

The application forms were opened on 22 october 2011, the last date of receipt of application was 21 november 2011 and exam date was 29 january 2012.

REQUIREMENTS=


should have bachelor degree from a recognized university

should have got 60% marks

exam pattern

- the written exam consists of 600 marks total

if the candidate cleared the written exam then he/she would have personality test of 200 marks for their final selection

written test classified into following three 3 section=

1)general ability test(200 marks for 2 hrs)

2)physics and chemistry test(200 marks for 2 hrs)

3)mathematics test(200 marks for 2 hrs)

this years examination you are going to MISS as the exam has been already conducted by the upsc in the FEB,2012 .& result also declared by the upsc for the same on its official website.

you can check for ragular updates for the same for next year in the leading newspaper or by regularily visiting the UPSC website www.upsc.gov.in
