    Dear Friend,

    QUALIFICATION FOR Combined Medical Services(CMS):

    1. Candidate have to pass M.B.B.S course from any recognized Medical College.

    2. Students who are in final year of M.B.B.S can also apply for CMS.

    3. Age of candidate must not exceed 32 years as on the year of examination. 3 years age relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST examination.

    4. Only Indians and subject of Nepal or Bhutan can apply for CMS. Tibetan refugee who came over India before 1st January 1962 can also apply.

    5. Candidate have to physically and medically fit.

    CMS 2014:

    Date of Notification- 22/3/2014

    Last date of Submission of Application form-21/4/2014.

    Date of Examination- 22/6/2014.

    Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility [COLOR=#0000FF !important]Criteria[/COLOR] for appearing in Combined Medical Services (CMS) [COLOR=#0000FF !important]Exam[/COLOR] are as follows:

    Age limits: Below 32 years as on 1st January of the year of Examination.

    The upper Age-limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and some other categories, as notified by Govt. from time to time.

    Educational Qualification: A pass in the written and practical parts of the final M.B.B.S. Examination.

    Candidates appearing in the final M,B.B.S. Examination are also eligible [COLOR=#0000FF !important]to apply[/COLOR] but such candidates who qualify the written part of the examination will be required to submit proof of passing the written and practical parts of final MBBS Examination alongwith their detailed [COLOR=#0000FF !important]application form[/COLOR] to be filled up at that stage.

    A candidate who has not completed compulsory rotating internship is also eligible for admission to the examination but on qualifying the written examination he will be appointed only after he has completed the compulsory rotating internship.

    Nationality
    A candidate must be either:
    (a) a Citizen of India, or
    (b) a subject of Nepal, or
    (c) a subject of Bhutan, or
    (d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India. or
    (e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, [COLOR=#0000FF !important]Sri Lanka[/COLOR] or East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or from Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

    C.M.S. stands for COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICE EXAMINATION.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:-

    Educational qualification:-

    Candidates must have completed Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized university.
    Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in MBBS.

    Candidate must be physically fit to apply for the exam.

    Age Limit:-

    The age of the candidate must not be less than 21 years.
    The upper age limit is 32 years to apply for the exam.

    TIPS TO CRACK THE EXAM:-

    * As the questions are objective in nature, practice multiple choice questions.
    * Read General medicine, Pediatrics papers in details.
    * Give also emphasis to surgery, Gynecology & Obstetrics papers.
    * Manage your own time to study.
    * Answer quickly in the examination.

    candidate should have passed the written & practical parts of the final MBBS exam. u r not eligible.

    age limit: must not have attained 32 yrs of age for gen
    35 yrs for obc
    37 yrs for sc/st
