You can apply for IAS IPS post

For this you would be crack the Civil Service Exam conducts by UPSC

You must be Graduate any stream any percentage
You college or University Must be recognized

Age should be between 21-30 years
age relaxation for OBC 3 years
For SC/ST 5 years


For IES (Indian Engineering Service) candidate must have an engineering Degree (Graduate with engineering)

So you can not apply for IES

Yes you can apply for IAS/IES/IPS Exam.

Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.
The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
Final year degree students are also eligible
Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

Age limit
General 21-30 yrs
SC/ST 21-35 yrs
OBC 21-33 yrs
PH 21-40 yrs

Number of attempts permitted
General 4
OBC 7
PH 7
SC/ST No Limit

Yes friend you are apply for the IAS/IPS/RAS exam after the complete greduation in any stream . But if you take IES exam then you complete B.E. / B.tech in the branch
1) civil
2) ECE
3) electrical
4) ME

The age criteria is
For gen. - 21 to 30 year
For obc - 21 to 33 year
For sc/st - 21 to 35 year

Hi,

Yes my friend,you can sit for the exams.
It doesn't matter that you have finished the degree in one sitting.
But make sure that you fulfill the other criteria as well such as the Age and the Physical Standards as far as IPS is concerned.

Hi, you can apply for IAS, IPS, IES exam but you need to fulfill the criteria fixed by UPSC.

Your age should be 21 to 30 (For general category), and 3 year extension for other category.
you should have a graduate degree in any stream. Please note that attempts are fixed for example general candidate can give exam one 4 times.

Hello Dear,

Yes you are fully eligible for IAS, IPS, IES. you can appear IAS and IES exam. and there is no such type of restriction that you complete your graduation in one sitting or two sitting, only if you are graduate you are eligible.

To become IAS and IPS you will crack CSAT exam and for IES you will crack IES exam both exam CSAT and IES conducted by UPSC.

Eligibility Criteria For CSAT exam is
Candidate must be graduate in any stream from recognized university
final year candidate can also apply.
there is no percentage limit and no restriction of branch or stream in graduation.

age of the candidate is 21 to 30 year,
3year age relaxation for OBC and 5 year relaxation for SC/ST candidate

Eligibility For IES exam
Should be completed degree or diploma in engineering & technology for following branch
Mechanical
Civil Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

Age of the candidate should be in between 21 to 30 year
relaxation in Upper age 3 year for OBC and 5 year for SC/ST

Yes, surely you can apply for IAS, IES, IPS bcoz for these UPSC only require graduate degree candidates and you have also this. So, you can obviously apply.
