Re: What percentage should I attain in B.Tech(Mech) to be eligible for Civil Services and Stenography? To write civil services exam/IES exam you are just required to be a graduate from any recognised University. So you can clearly see that there is no minimum specific percentage requirement as it just require a graduation degree. You can even appear for civil services exam in your final year of graduation.

Re: What percentage should I attain in B.Tech(Mech) to be eligible for Civil Services and Stenography? There need not any percentage for applying in upsc examination but your marks sheets percentage will be considered when you will attend the interview after written examination. If your percentage is good then you can get some marks in interview in upsc examination. But don't worry first of all you have to apply for the examination and clear the written test. After that you have to consider for upsc interview. But there is no any need of percentage for applying in upsc IES examination.
Re: What percentage should I attain in B.Tech(Mech) to be eligible for Civil Services and Stenography?
