Re: When should I start reading CST book? Friend you should reading CSAT books when you are applying for the Civil Service exam. Your aim is to be an IAS officer. CSAT stands for Civil Service Aptitude Test. This exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. For the preparation of CSAT you should study reference books and NCERT books. Practice previous year question paper is also helpful to crack the exam.
