You can also change your job::

So , if you want to experience both type of jobs.

Then , its better to choose PRIVATE first (meanwhile, prepare for govt. jobs and keep applying the posts) and after 2-3.. years you can change it by passing the govt. exams.

As in private and Govt. jobs The basic things to choose one of them is:

Govt jobs::Safer, Reliable , Relaxable (as compare to private jobs),, but lesser money.


Private jobs: You can choose it for higher Salary,, but keeping in mind that it is not much Secure.

Hi Aspirant,

Both jobs are good with their different qualify.

In government jobs you will get security , Stability and limited time of works.

In private jobs you have no security and stability but lot of money and lot of chances of promotion.

For the government jobs you will have to crack jobs exam once time and your life is settle.

But in private jobs you will have to keep update yourself always to be stand in competition.


After recession in private jobs and 6^th pay commission in government jobs , government jobs sector became very hot and youth are apply for government jobs.

Well it will depend on you more rather than to us

As you have to work in the sector in which you have interest

And you have to go for the sector which you likes

Well in government jobs you will get the benefits

Like job security and pension and also like home facility

And government jobs are very much reputed

And on the other hand in the private job

You will get some benefits like

You will get more salary and the private sector jobs are status jobs

as we know government job is far better then the private due to the following reason,but actually there is no comparsion between the two is no comparsion between the two.
1. Pension; this is one of the attractions.
2. Financial services, such as mortgages at a low rate of interest offered by the respective department where the employee is working.
3. Promotions and pay raises offer immediate social recognition/status to employees at specified intervals.
4. Higher positions often entail unmatched administrative power.
5. Relatively stronger immunity against job loss.

government jobs are considered to be far better and safer than private jobs.this can be explained primarily due to two reasons.
1. Security-government jobs offer you more security as even in cases of financial failure,your work isn't affected.but when comes in financial breakdown in private sectors you might be made leave your job,unwillingly at the time when you would require that job the most.

2. Better monetary options and allowances-although private jobs involve more money than the government jobs,the basic pay and allowances in government jobs make it more than enough to have a better living

• It depends upon an individual on perception which sector he/she like most but you can make you choice on the basis of following points.
• government job provide you security about your job but there is no security in private job.
• in government job the provided money may be less but in private sector you can earn according to your hard work and by using your extra skills.
• government jobs have more exposure in top level hierarchy as compared to private jobs.
• government employs get so many facilities after the completion of their job as compared to private jobs.

the difference between govt. job and private job is that you are safe and secure in govt,job while not in private,because in govt job there is no mental preesurte against you if you complete your work on time and properly there is a specific working hours for that ,but in private jobs i guess you need to take up most of the mental pressure,

they will be pying you high salaries but you cant really enjoy what you are earning and spend some peacefull time.

ITS DEPENDS UPON YOU. IF YOU WANT SECURE JOB WITH GOOD MONEY THEN YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH GOVT. JOBS.

AFTER ALL PRIVATE JOB GIVES THE GOOD MONEY FROM GOVT. JOB. BUT THEY GET WORK HARD AND THERE IS NO TIME TABLE FOR THE WORKING PERIOD.

MEANS TO SAY IF YOU COULD NOT WORK FOR ANY REASONS THEN YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE WORK AT HOME.

AFTER THAT THEY GET EXTRA WORK WITH NO ANY OVERTIME MONEY. BUT IF GOVT. TAKES ANY WORK THEY WILL PAY YOU FOR WORK WITH TIME.
