2.Physical Electronics, Electron Devices and IC's
3. Signals and Systems
4. Network theory
5. Electromagnetic Theory
6. Electronic Measurements and instrumentation

Above are the main subjects for electronics branch

You can fill the form of ies i.e. engineering services examination. But there is four categories for this exam.

1. Civil Engineering

2. Mechanical Engineering

3. Electrical Engineering

4. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

For you the you can see 4th category and the syllabus is following::

Materials and Components, Physical Electronics, Electron Devices and ICs, Signals and Systems, Network theory, Electromagnetic Theory, Electronic Measurements and instrumentation, Analog Electronic Circuits, Digital Electronic Circuits, Control Systems, Communication Systems, Microwave Engineering, Computer Engineering.
