Re: After 10th, I have completed degree in distance without studying +2. Can I appear in government exams especially UPSC? Hello The usual format of education up to the degree is 10+2+3or4,10+3+3,means you have completed your 10th then +2 and then graduation OR ELSE 10th,a diploma and then B.TECH. It is not possible to study a degree after 10,you can not become a graduate degree holder without studying your intermediate. It is strange that you have done your degree without the intermediate, you need to check your statics properly, because the intermediate is necessary to get a degree. If you do not have a degree then you can not apply for the government or the UPSC exams,in most of the post one need to have a degree for applying.
