Sorry female candidate are not eligible for NDA.It is only for unmarried man.
So girls wont apply for this exam.But she can apply other defence exam like:
CDS(Common Defence Services)
OTA(Officer Training Acadamy)
TGS(Technical Graduate Course)
AFMC(Armed Forces Medical College)
Educational Qualification should be graduate from any recognized university.
Age Should be between 19 to 25 years.
Height should be 152.5cms.
Candidate should be mentally and physically fit.

2. The candidate must have a age limit of 16 1/2 - 19 years.
3. The candidate must have passed +2 with 10th,12 pattern of school education from a recognized board.
4. The candidates must be physically fit while appearing.


CDS- Combine Defence Service examination.

The exam is conducted by UPSC and it is done twice in a year.

The education criteria for CDS exam is mentioned below:

For Military and Officers training academy:

A degree from a recognized university is needed.

For Indian Naval Academy:

A degree in the field of engineering is needed.

For Air force academy:

A degree from a recognized university with physics and maths at 10 and 12 level or a B.E degree is needed.

Friend, girl candidates should apply for the Combined Defence Service Examination. CDS Examination is held twice in a year by UPSC.Girls candidate must have to satisfy following eligibility conditions:-- subject to India-- Any graduation degree-- No bar of percentage marks-- Age limit: 19-25 years-- Unmarried-- Must not have any criminal record-- physically fit-- Eyesight must be 6/6 or 6/9-- No colour blindness and night blindness-- Not any serious diseaseWISH YOUR BRIGHT FUTURE

For grils the armed exam conduct which qulification is :

Complete greduation in any stream with 50% maeks.

The age is b/w 19 to 25.

And if the condidate is not complete greduation then if the condidate is 12thstudent with PCM suject then her take the CDS exa the age limit is :

19 to 24.

The women condidate is not take the NDA exam.

So other many option if the women join an force.

You can appear for CDS Exam after completion of your graduation. Since female candidates are not eligible to appear for NDA & NA Exam.

CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).

The eligibility criteria for CDS Exam are as follows:
Nationality:
The candidate must be Indian.

Age Limit: Candidates (Unmarried) of age between
(i) For IMA: 19-24 years.
(ii) For Indian Naval Academy: 19-22 years.
(iii) For Air Force Academy: 19-23 years.
(iv) For OTA: Male candidates (married or unmarried) of age between 19-25 years.

But As being a female candidate you are not eligible for NDA exam because girls are not eligible for NDA exam,
but don't worry you can apply for CDS exam if you are graduate.

u can apply for OTA but not for NDAfor OTA u must have attained the age of 19 yrs and must not be more than 22yrs

if you want to join armed forces then the vacancies are issued by the all three armed forces are issued after a short span of time intrerval.
it is dependes upon you in which army sector you want to go for example navy,air force for territorial army. the selection procedure of these jobs are provided by these armies in the prospectuses. the minimum qualification for these job is given below
1 qualification 12th
2 age dependes upon the army sector in which you want to apply
3 a candidate should be an indian
4 the person should be physically fit

You are eligible for Armed Forces only through CDSE but not NDA.
Eligibility for CDSE:

1. For IMA : 19 to 24 Years
   For OTA : 19 to 25 years
   For Naval : 19 to 22 years
   For Air Force : 19 to 23 years.
2. The selection process consists of a written exam and personality test by the Service Selection Board. After the final selection, you are sent to one of the following institutes for orientation training as per your Preference at the time of filling the application form.
3. The examination is Objective and there are 3 papers in Air Force Academy Examination:

after 12th you can not join either the indian air force or indian army as an officer. The basic examination conducted for indian air force, indian army, indian navy is national defense academy (nda). This examination is meant for men.


There are various examinations conducted after graduation which you ca try out for. Some of the examination which you can go through after completing the graduation course in indian army are :



1. Short service commission non technical women :

this examination is conducted under the combined defense service examination.

The eligibility criteria for this examination are :

age : Candidate should be between the age group of 19 to 25 years.

educational qualification : The candidate should have completed her graduation course from recognized university. The examination is conducted twice a year.

The notification is released in employment news and leading daily news paper in march/april & september/october.



2. Short service commission technical women :

age : The candidate should be between the age group of 19 to 25 years.

educational qualification : The candidate should have completed her engineering course from recognized university.

The notification is released in employment news & leading daily news paper in december/january and june/july.

the duration of training for both these courses is 49 weeks.



3. Ncc(spl) entry women :

age : The candidate should be between the age group of 19 to 25 years.

educational qualification : The candidate should have completed his graduation in llb/llm with 50% aggregate marks with 2 year service in ncc senior divisional army with minimum 'b' grade in 'c' certificate exam. The examination is conducted twice a year.

The notification is released in employment news & leading daily news paper in april/october.


The mode of entry in indian air force are :


> flying (pilot) short service commission(for men& women) :

age : The candidate should be between the age group of 19 to 23 years.

education qualification : The candidate should have completed his graduation(3 years course) in any discipline from a recognized university who have attain minimum 60% marks in all papers put together and have physics and mathematics at 10+2 level or be/b.tech(4 year course) from a recognized university who have attain minimum 60% marks in all papers put together. Final year student can also apply provided they must be their final semester and should have minimum 60% in their final semester.


> university entry scheme (ues) :

you must have completed your aeronautical engineering (electronics) or aeronautical engineering (mechanical) stream.

Following is the eligibility criteria :

age : Candidate must be between the age group of 18 to 28 years.

educational qualification : Candidate applying for aeronautical engineering (electronics) branch should have completing their engineering from ece stream & candidate applying from aeronautical engineering (mech) branch should have completing their engineering from mechanical stream. Final year are eligible to apply provided they produce the degree and marks sheet 15 days prior to commencement of training.

hey dear there are many entries for girl like cdse .afcat and direct entries for cdse you should be between 19-24 in final year of your graduation but for you afcat is the best option as age limit is between 20-25 and you can apply in final year this is the exam for indian air force .It is held twice a year in the month of feb and august you can check the details at carrerairforce.nic.in

you can join the armed forces after or before completion of your undergraduate course .
after completion of the ug course you have the option of going into army,navy, air force,etc.
you can join as executive officer in navy or officer entry in airforce as ground staff.
