as far as upsc examination are concerned
there is no percentage bar to apply for any of the upsc examination.

for all the graduation based examination under UPSC
you need to graduation or engineering degree from a recognized university under UGC .

OBC and SC/ST category gets an age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively.
final year students can also eligible to apply for this exam

on graduation basis you can apply for upsc exams like
    Indian Forest Services Examination (IFS)
    Indian Administrative Services Examination (IAS)
    Central Police Forces Examination (CPF)
    Civil Services Examination
    Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS)
    Combined Engineering Services Examination (IES)

    Hi Aspirant

Well the Qualification is different for the different exams

And For the each and every exam their is separate Qualification

Well like for the upsc civil services exam the candidate

Should be pass in Graduation from a recognized Indian university

And their is no need of specific % of marks

As like for the Ies post the candidate should be pass in degree

With b.tech from a recognized Indian university

And Nda exam the candidate should be pass in pcm

So their no need of any % of marks for the most of the exams

    Best of luck

    dear friend,

IN UPSC there is no consideration of percentage.the only requirement for UPSC is you have to complete your graduation or final year of graduation from recognized college or University. So you don't need to worry about percentage.
