Yes sir ,

you are eligible to apply

because the minimum qualification required for upsc is graduation and the c.a. Is also an equivalent degree to graduation (b.a.).

But only qualification is not sufficient for the exam because tere is an age criteria also

for obc-21-33 years.

For sc/st- 21-35 years.

For general-21-30 years.

yes dear you are eligible for the upsc exams..
upsc required graduated candidates who completed graduation from a recognized university.
age limit is 21 to 30 years for generals.
21 to 33 years for OBC candidates .
21 to 35 years for SC/ST candidates.

as you did CA so you can apply for the upsc exams.

but age condition is

The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.

The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.

Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means unlimited

list of subject you took for the optional subject

Yes chartered accountants are eligible to write UPSC Civil Services Exam ; but you should have your degree from a recognized college.
And there is a constraint on age too, that is you should be in the age limit of 21-30 years ( which is relaxed for the reserved categories).

yes you can apply for UPSC exams after completing BCA(bachelors in chartered accountants ).
for UPSC exams you must complete or appearing in final year of your graduation from recognized college or university. your age must be within 21 years to 30 years

YES,

as C.A also cunted as a graduation course so you are eligible besides you must have comply with other details also

civil services examination (for IAS,IPS)

whose eligibility criteria are :
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
You must be a citizen ofIndia,

or, You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India before 1962.


You must be of 21 to 30 years of age. HOWEVER,there is a relaxation in the upper age limit,
of 3 years for the OBCs
and
5 years for the SC/STs.


You must have completed your Graduation orEquivalent,from a recognized university under any
stream,or be a final year student in the same

The number of attempts is 4 for a General category student,
7 for an OBC candidate,and
unlimited for a SC/ST candidate,until he fulfills the age criteria

The eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is Graduation in any stream from a recognized university. I think CA certificate is not equivalent to Graduation degree. Then first of all you have to complete your graduation and then you can apply for upsc examination.
