yes, you're certainly eligible if you satisfy the follwing: -the very first requirement as specified by the governing commission is to be a graduate degree holder. and the candidate must be aged 21 to 30 years, while the upper limit differs for various reserved categories as-33 for OBC, and 35 for SC/ST. -now, the other thing is the number of attempts allowed to the candidates-it's four for GEN, seven for OBC, while no limit is set for SC/ST candidates, until the candidate ages 35 years. now, about the test---the CSAT exam is conducted by the upsc every year, and it consists of two written examinations, followed by an interview. the two exams are-the preliminary and the mains. for detailed info about the subjects and eligibility criterion, do visit: http://www.upsc.gov.in all the best.

Your b.sc as the upsc is just asking a graduate pass degree

To write the upsc exam and you have the graduate pass degree

So no doubt you can apply for the exam

And for the exam your age should also be 21-30

And relaxation for the obc of 3 years

And for the sc.st of 5 years

So as on the basis of your b.sc

You can go for the upsc civil services exam for the posts
