    Hi Aspirant,

Government does not conduct any examination.

For the recruitment process government established the UPSC ( Union Public Service Commission) and SSC( Staff Selection Commission) which work is to opt the deserve candidates for government jobs.

UPSC conducts the group post A exam like IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS every year.

But minimum qualification for these exams is graduation.

So if you didnt complete your graduation, first of all complete your graduation.

    Age criteria

You should be in age of 21 to 30 years

Age relaxation as per government norms

    SC/ST + 5 years

    OBC + 3 years

    PH + 10 years

    Citizenship

    You must be Indian

    Exam procedure

    Preliminary exam (400 marks)

    Main exam (2300 marks)

    Interview

You can apply for UPSC exam through Online and Offline application.

    Best of Luck

    dear friend,

UPSC conduct Group I exam every year. you can check notification on UPSC main site http://www.upsc.gov.in/

for that you complete your graduation from recognized college or university and your age must be 21 years to 30 years. And there is relaxation in UPPER AGE limit for reserved category candidates(3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates).
so,you can't apply for UPSC exams.
IAS belongs to UPSC Civil Services exam.

    Good Luck...............
