    Hello Friend,
    IAS (Indian Administrative service) exam is conducted by UPSC every year.
    Eligibility:
    Educational Qualification-
    1.The candidate posses a bachelor degree in any dicipline from any recognized University of India.
    2.The final year students can also apply for the exam.
    Age:
    For General 21 year minimum 30 year maximum on 1st August on year of conduct the exam.
    Upper age limit is relaxed for SC/ST/OBC & certain others.
    Other Eligibility:
    The candidate should be a citizen of India.
    So,if you are complete your graduation in any recognized University then you are eligible for the IAS exam.

    Yes If your graduation is complete from recognized university then you can apply for IAS exam. there are some othe eligibility criteria which is also important is.
    Full Eligibility criteria

    1st-----Candidate should be graduated from recognized university
    2nd-----final year candidate can also apply
    3rd-----there is no limit of percentage marks

    1st.......Age of the candidate should be 21 to 30 year,
    2nd......there are age relaxation provided to the category candidate
    3rd......OBC - 3 years
    4th......SC/ST - 5 years
    5th......PH - 10 Years

    Nationality Should be Indian

    Attempt Restricted Limit
    -----------
    1st.....general candidate can attempt only 4 times
    2nd....OBC candidate can attempt only 7 times
    3rd.....SC/ST can attempt unlimited number of time

    You can apply for IAS exam if you hold graduation degree because the requirement is:
    1.Graduation degree
    2.Your age should be 23-30yrs

    Yes definitely you can apply for IAS Exam after completing PG in journalism and Mass Communication.
    Civil Services Examination is conducted by UPSC every year for the recruitment of candidates for the post of IAS, IRS, IPS.

    The basic eligibility criteria for Civil Services Exam are as follows:
    Educational Qualification
    The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recognized university
    Final year degree students are also eligible
    Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university

    Age limit
    General 21-30 yrs
    SC/ST 21-35 yrs
    OBC 21-33 yrs
    PH 21-40 yrs

    Number of attempts permitted
    General 4
    OBC 7
    PH 7
    SC/ST No Limit

    Nationality should be Indian.

    Yes, you are eligible for UPSC Civil Service Exam

    To become an IAS officer you would be crack Civil Service Exam

    For this you must be Graduate from any recognized university
    with any percentage and any subject

    Age should be between 21-30 year

    Age relaxation for OBC 3 year
    SC/ST 5 year
    Ex-Servicemen 5 year

    No. of attempts
    For General 4
    For OBC 7
    For SC/ST No Limits

    So dear you can apply for IAS without any problem
