candidate must have completed graduation from a recognized university,
as you doing M.SC so it means you are graduate,

you can appear for the examinations

1.civil services examination (for IAS,IPS)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
You must be a citizen of India,or, You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or, You must be a Tibetan

Refugee settled permanently in India before 1962.

You must be of 21 to 30 years of age. However, there is a relaxation in the upper age limit, of 3 years
for the OBC and 5 years for the SC/ST

You must have completed your Graduation or Equivalent, from a recognized university under any


stream, or be a final year student in the same

The number of attempts is 4 for a General category student,7 for an OBC candidate, and


unlimited for a SC/ST candidate, until he fulfills the age criteria

2. Central police force (CPF) held once every year whose eligibility criteria are

1.university graduate of any stream either in final year/passed out with 55% in graduation

2. Age limit within 20-25 years relaxation in the upper age limit, of 3 years for the OBC sand 5 years for
the SC/ST

3.CDSE (for recruitments in three armed forces of Indian union) exam conducted bi-annually


for the maltery academy and ota (officer training acedemy )exam the qualification required graduation in any stream from the recognition university

for the naval and air force the qualification is required graduation in science subject.
There is no age relaxation for any category
4. IES exam:-
The term and condition is same as the civil service exam only different is the required qualification in this exam required the b.tech
5. Combined graduate level test
This test is taken by the staff selection commission
The age limit is the 21 to 27 years
Relaxation for the reserve category/
Qualification is required graduation in any stream from the reorganization university

Hi..friend

You can eligible to write any exam in upsc services

upsc needs the qualification as a graduation ..

you completed b.sc so you should apply with that qualification(B.sc)

M.sc is not necessary but it will be useful in further procedure
after you selected in any exam

see you to give upsc exam you must be a graduate in any stream
with any aggregate from any university that is you wish

coming to age limit you should not over 30 years
age relaxation also applied for bc's and sc's ie.,3 and 5 years respectively

the answer of your question is absolutely yes !

because the minimum qualification required for civil services examination is graduation.

eligibility criteria:-

1.you must be an indiuan citizen.
2.you must be a graduate from a govt. recognized university.

age criteria and no. of attempts:-

1. for generals - 21-30 years (4 attempts)
2.for OBC - 21-33 years (7 attempts)
3. for SC/ST- 1-35 years ( no any restriction)

Hi, If you have appeared degree from any indian recognised university,You can eligible for the posts conductd by Union Public service Commission like IAS,IPS,IFS etc.,If you have age between 21 to 30 years for General(Except SC/ST,OBC) becase age relaxation for Special categories like SC/ST,OBC...visit:upsc.gov.in

yes, you are eligible to apply for UPSC exams being a student of M.Sc(IT).
for applying your age must be within 21 years to 30 years and there is relaxation of three years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST in upper age limit.

depending upon the post where you are joining

there is some relaxation for the sc and st and obc

If you have graduated from any Government recognized university and if your age is between 21yrs to 30 ysr(except SC,ST,OBC) you are eligible to appear in the examination.
You can find the notifications in Employment News,Rojgar samachar and in the official website of upsc(www.upsc.gov.in)
