Hello Friend, IAS (Indian Administrative service) exam is conducted by UPSC every year. Eligibility: Educational Qualification- 1.The candidate posses a bachelor degree in any dicipline from any recognized University of India. 2.The final year students can also apply for the exam. Age: For General 21 year minimum 30 year maximum on 1st August on year of conduct the exam. Upper age limit is relaxed for SC/ST/OBC & certain others. Other Eligibility: The candidate should be a citizen of India. So,if you are complete your graduation in any recognized University then you are eligible for the IAS exam. Thank You.

Hello Dear, Yes If your graduation is complete from recognized university then you can apply for IAS exam. there are some othe eligibility criteria which is also important is. Full Eligibility criteria 1st-----Candidate should be graduated from recognized university 2nd-----final year candidate can also apply 3rd-----there is no limit of percentage marks 1st.......Age of the candidate should be 21 to 30 year, 2nd......there are age relaxation provided to the category candidate 3rd......OBC - 3 years 4th......SC/ST - 5 years 5th......PH - 10 Years Nationality Should be Indian Attempt Restricted Limit----------- 1st.....general candidate can attempt only 4 times 2nd....OBC candidate can attempt only 7 times 3rd.....SC/ST can attempt unlimited number of time
