Its nice to see that you are interested in the CPF Exam [Assistant Commandant Exam]. This Exam is conducted every year once by the Union Public Service Commission.

The Basic Requisites for the CPF Exam are mentioned below :

* The candidate must hold a Bachelor`s Degree in any stream from any recognized college/university.

* Candidates pursuing graduation in final year are also eligible for the exam.

* The Age Limit for the exam :

a) For General Candidates : 20-25 years

b) For OBC Candidates : 20-28 years

c) For SC/ST Candidates : 20-30 years

* The candidate must have Indian Citizenship.

In the year 2013 , the CPF Exam will be conducted as per the below mentioned schedule :

- Date Of Notification : 06-07-2013

- Last Date for Receipt of Applications : 05-08-2013

CPF stands for the Central Police force exam .This exam is conducted once every year by the UPSC.

The eligibility criteria for the exam is :

>>Bachelor's degree in any discipline is the minimum requirement for this exam.Final year candidates are also eligible for the exam.

>>The general age limit for the exam is 20 to 25 years with three years age relaxations applicable to obc and five years to SC/ST respectively.

>>You must be an Indian citizen.

Examination pattern is as below:

Objective

Paper I : General ability and intelligence :125 question -250 marks

Descriptive

Paper II:

>>Essay:60 marks

>>Precis writing:40 marks

>>Passage comprehension:50 marks.
