Hi Friend,

B.Com is a graduation degree course and after graduation every candidates are eligible for IAS exam.

For that exam candidate must be graduate from any recognized university and also can apply in last year of graduation.

Candidate must be under 21-30 years , 3 years of age relaxation for BC candidates and 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

General candidates has 4 attempts to apply where as BC candidates has 7 attempts to apply and SC/ST candidates has no limit to apply for same.

Eligibility Criteria to apply for UPSC civil service exams :

A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and if the candidate is pursuing final year of the degree then also he/she may apply for this examination

Age should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxation in upper age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC category candidates
