you must be a graduate & apply for UPSC Examination.
For CDS and CS examination candidate must be Graduate from any recognized university
In CDS you can apply for OTA
For this must be Graduate
Age should be 19-24 year For Civil Service Exam
Must be Graduate
Age should be between 21-30 year

dear, girls are not eligible for defence post through UPSC. So, another exam for which exam you deserve.

Eligibility Criteria for Combined Defense Service Examination:

>>Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

>>Age limit for the different academies:For IMA:19-24 years, For INA:19-22 years, For OTA:19-25 years.

>>You must be an Indian citizen.

Last date of applying online:24/06/2013

If you are not Graduate then you can not apply for UPSC Examination

For CDS and Civil Service examination candidate must be Graduate from any recognized university

In CDS you can apply for OTA(Officer Training Academy)

For this must be Graduate
Age should be 19-24 year

For Civil Service Exam

Must be Graduate
Age should be between 21-30 year

So dear for these examination you must be complete your Graduation after then you can apply

Friend, girls can also join defence sector. But girls are not so lucky as boys are. Because are not permitted for NDA Examination. Girls are permitted only for CDS Examination.So for CDS Examination, girls should be graduate in any discipline. Age criteria is 19-25 years for OTA, 19-24 years for IMA, 19-23 years for Airforce Academy and 19-22 years for Naval Academy. Must be unmarried. Subject of India is must. First of all coming to the civil services examinations and eligibility criteria for the girls:

The eligibility criteria is same as that for the male candidates there is no relaxations for the girls.

1.Academic requirement:

>>Bachelor's degree in any stream from a university recognized by the UGC.Final year candidates can apply for the examinations.

2.Age limit :

OBC:7

SC/ST:no limit.

The examination consists of three stages with following pattern:

1.Preliminary examination

2.Main examination

3.Personal interview

The best exam for girls to enter into the defense is CDS that stands for the Combined defence services held twice every year by the UPSC.
