Please find the attachment for the syllabus for the IPS exam. Exam form for IPS exam has been already distributed this year. You can apply online for that. Now you can try for next year. exam form will come in month of november to devember 2013. Obviously Kolkata is an Exam center. detail address you will get on your admit card. Kolkata center code is "06".
