1st-you should be graduate from recognised university with any stream.
2nd-marks do not matter only passing marks required.

UPSC is conduct exam on the basics of 12th.
and that is NDA and Scra as far as tips is concern my suggestion is right now you concentrate on your studs and after completing 12th

The exam is divided in to two parts .
1 Preliminary exam.
2 Mains exam.
The preliminary exam is also divided in two part .

Current affairs of nation and international importance.
History of India and Indian National Movement.
Indian and World Geography- Physical , social , Economical.
Indian Politics and Governance.
Economical and social development
General issue on Environment
General science.
> Paper second
Comprehension
Interpersonal Skill
Logical Reasoning and Analitical Ability
Decision making and Problem solving
Basic Numeracy
English Language comprehension skill
From this you will be aware from the sallabus.
For current affares you can read monthly magzines like
1 Partiyogita Darpan
2 Succees Mirror
From this you will get knowledge about current affairs , general climate change , basic knowledge .
In the main exam you will choose two optional subjects .
I think you want to take commerce stream in 11th class , so you can choose account and bussiness with ecconomics .
For the optional paper preparation , you can read BCOM degree books .
Now you are in the 11th class , you should not be so worry about this . You can read the current affairs magzines just ONE hour in a day and also side by side optional subject reading.
