To fill the application you can choose the online process.
-go to the www.upsc.gov.in
-go to the notification of cicil services examination.
-click on the link to open the notification.
-click the link written as (click here to apply online)
-then you will be redirected to the application form.
-start filling the form accordingly.
-it wiil ask for the whole bio data first.
-after that you can fill all the details about your qualification.
-after filling the qualification you should upload the image and the signature into the same for verification.
-then the final step will include the payment of the application form.
-you can either pay by internet banking or by debit/credit card.
-after the payment you will get the registration id and the password for the future purpose of viewing result and all.

To fill the application form you need to do it on the site www.upsconline.nic.in online and the last date for filling it is 4th march 2013....

You need to take care of some steps which will be mentioned over there.....and also the paying of fees can be done either online or offline...

Hi Aspirant,

You can fill the application form for Civil Service exam in two modes

Online application form

Offline application form


Online application

To apply for civil service exam visit UPSC official website http://upsconline.nic.in

Here you will have to complete application form in two parts.

In first part you will have to fill the basic details like name, father name, address etc and submit the application form.

After submission of form you will get a registration ID and a link to download the challan from.

Download the challan form. You can deposit this form in nearest SBI bank. Now you will get a transaction ID.

Now you can complete the 2^nd part of application form. Just open the 2^nd part with the help of registration ID and DOB.

You will have to upload your photo and scanned copy of sign and submit the application form. Now registration process is completed successfully.

You will get a confirmation email in your inbox.


Offline application

For offline application purchase the application form from nearest head post office and fill the appropriate details and send to the prescribed address. In this mode you can pay the fee through CRF stamp.


Before filling up the application form you should read the notification carefully.

You can download the notification from UPSC official website http://upsc.gov.in

The notification for Civil Service exam is going to be released on 2/2/2013 and last date of application form is 4/3/2013 while exam will be held on 19/5/2013.

Employment News,some leading newspaper dailies and the UPSC websites.

On declaration of the CSE notification you can apply ONLINE by visiting the website

There is no other mode except the Online mode to fill and submit the forms for all candidates.

Candidates can apply through online mode after meeting all the eligibility criterias.

Candidates require the scanned photo of the paticular file size as mentioned in the notification.

All the details & instructions will be provided on the website to fill the application form.

For Civil Services Exam your age must be between 21-30 years

Your qualification should be graduate.

Date of notification is 02/02/2013

Last Date 04/03/2013

Exam Date 19/05/2013

You can apply your application through online

Go to the website www.upsconline.nic.in

Click on online application for various examination of UPSC

New page will open where recent examination's details will be available

Click on Part-I Registration (Click Here)

Application form will be open

Fill up your personal details

Click on Continue Button

After click the Continue Button you will received the Registration no you can print it or write.

Then click on Part-II Registration (Click Here)

Enter your registration No. and Date of birth.

Second part of the application form will be open

In this part you will fill the amount details

and then click on submit button

Your application form will be submitted successfully.
