no you cant offer upsc test since you've got crossed thirty year age
UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission. UPSC is a political candidate body which is able to conduct style of Entrance Exams each year.

Here ar a number of the doorway Exams being conducted by UPSC.
    -Combined Defence Services test
    -Special category Railway Apprentices test
    -NDA Exam
    -IFS Exam
    -Civil Services test etc.

The minimum educational qualification and also the needed age criteria to seem for these tests are going to be completely different from one test to alternative exam.

Yes. you're eligible to require a number of the UPSC Exams when completion of your Graduation.

In order to require several of the UPSC Exams, the candidates mustn't need any share of marks in Graduation course.

Just a pass in Graduation course is enough for the candidates to be eligible for UPSC test.

I see your urge for writing the UPSC exams however age matters plenty for your condition.
the conventional age limits for showing within the UPSC exams is 21-30 years.
however you'll be able to have Associate in Nursing age relaxation if you belonged to special classes like OBC/SC/ST as a result of the relief age for OBC is 3years and for SC/ST it's years.

you'll be able to crack the UPSC if you belong to those classes otherwise you are compassionate that.

-Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for Ex-service man.

    3. indian nationality is must or subject of it.

now if you fall in GENERAL caTEGORY (30 -32.5= -2.5 years) , then you are
not eligible to apply as you are over age by 2 years 6 months.

-> if you fall in OBC category
(33 -32.5= 0.5 years) , then you are eligible to apply as you are still six month below upper age limit.

-> if you fall in SC/ST category (35 -32.5= 2.5 years) , then you are eligible to apply as you are still 2 years six month below upper age limit.

SO CHOOSE according to your suitability n go for it if you are eligible good luck.

Re: My date of birth is 12th september 1980. Can I give UPSC exam?

    Dear,
The age limits of the UPSC examination is 21-30 years. For OBC candidates, it is 3years relaxation and for SC/ST candidates, it is 5years. As you have said about your date of birth, I think your age is now 32+, so if you are a SC/ST candidate, then you can apply for next 2years, otherwise you can't apply for the UPSC examination. sorry for that. Thank You.
