Hello Friend,
No,a railway employee can not get any age relaxation benefits in UPSC exams.
The Upper age relaxation of UPSC exams:
1.For OBC - 3 year
2.For Sc/ST - 5 year
3.For blind,deaf,mute,orthopedically Handicapped - 10 year
4.Jammu & Kashmir domiciles (1980-1989) - 5 year
5.special cases of Defence service personnel - 3 year
6.special cases ex service man who have rendered at least 5 year in military service up to maximum 5 year age relaxation.

dear aspirant, the criteria of age & eligibility in IAS exam are same for all candidates .so that there are no age relaxation benefits for railway or goverment candidates.

i think there is nothing relaxation for any of railways or other so you have to prepare yourself .

so NO you dont have any beanifit.
