As far as I know, an IES officer do not get a red light car in his entire career. Dear friend, you have first set the record straight: do you want to become an IES officer to do some good to country or to get a red light over your car. If you are really worried about red light car, then you must try to become a politician, they get red light car on the very first day they enter Parliament of Legislative Assembly. You should choose the right path to reach your target.
