Dear, The qualification is required for the civil service exam is the candidate must have graduate in any stream from the approved university. The age limit for the exam is the 21 to 30 years for the unreserved category and attempt chance to exam is the 4times. You belong to SC category then you have age relaxation for the exam. Five years age relaxation for the SC/ST category. Attempt to chance the exam is the no limit till age 35 years. No fee for the SC/ST category candidate. Qualification is required candidate must have graduate in any stream So you first your graduation in any stream then you are eligible for the exam, For more information please update with the www.upsc.gov.in Best of luck
