However, you can apply after completing your Graduation also.

Recently, CSAT Exam commenced on 28 May 2013.

See here answer could be both yes and no.

1. If you are in your starting year of graduation or even in 2nd year then you are not eligible for the exam. and if you sit for the exam then your attempts would be wasted and would be of no use.

2. Now If you are in your last sem or last year then you are for sure eligible for the civil services exam.

I think you must have understood these 2 cases.

So friend if you are in your starting years then wait for your last year graduation, till then continue your preparation for the exam,

so that you have a good chance of clearing your exam in the first attempt as this is a very tough exam and you need a lot of hard work and thorough preparation for the exam.

Here below are the eligibility conditions for the exam:-

Yes you can apply, But you will have to bring the results of all the semester during the interview.
That means if you are in the Final Yr of your graduation then only you are eligible else not. So if you are in graduation, you have to complete your graduation by the interview.

I am sorry friend but without completing graduation you can not appear in the Civil Service exam.

To apply for the Civil Service exam you must follow the following criteria:

Candidates should be graduated in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent.

Your age should be 21 to 30 years.

Reserve categories will also get the age relaxation.

You must be the citizen of India.

So friend you don�t satisfy its eligibility criteria and can�t apply for the Civil Service exam.

Civil Service Exam is conducted by UPSC in May once a year.

AGE LIMITS:

Friend, you can not join civil service as an IAS officer without qualifying the graduation degree. Because it is mandatory to have any bachelor degree.

You can also apply for the civil service examination in the final year of graduation.

For General category, the age required is 21-30 years
For SC/ST category, the age required is 21-35 years
For OBC categroy, the age required is 21-33 years
For Physically Handicapped category, the age required is 21-40 years

There is a lot of variation in the number of attempts in between various categories mentioned below:

So you are not eligible for the UPSC Civil Services Exam, if you have not doe your Graduation course.

No,You cannot apply for Civil Service exam without completing Graduation because the minimum qualification for civil service exam is degree so with out graduation you can't apply for this exam.After completing the graduation you are eligible for this exam.

Eligibility Criteria:-
>>Candidate should be complete the bachelor degree or Engineering degree in any stream from recognized university and final year candidate eligible for civil service exam.There is no minimum percentage mark is not require for civil service exam.
>>Candidate age should be complete the 21years.
>>Candidate must be a Indian.

No , you are not eligible to apply for Civil Service Examination because minimum qualification of Civil Service Examination is graduate degree . If you are completed graduate degree then you are eligible to apply . But if you are completed then you are not eligible to apply .

Civil Service Examination is one of the top examination in Union Public Service Commission and it is use you can get admission in IPS , IFS , IAS , Railway ..etc

Civil Service Examination criteria is candidate have to compulsory completed graduate degree to crack this examination .

Without completing graduate degree , you can't apply for this examination .

Civil Service Exam Criteria :-

~~Completed graduate degree of a recognized University or equivalent qualification .

~~Age limits should be between 21 years and 30 years and Upper age limits is applicable .
