Sorry to say that after clearing the combine defence services exam

you can't join the RAW As you need to write separate exam for it.

And through the cds you can join the Indian Military Academy,Naval,Air Force,Officer's Training Academy.

So you can join the above 4 departments after clearing the exam.

Education :

-The Candidate must be pass in the graduation degree

-The Candidate must have pcm subjects at 12th class for the iaf and naval.

Age :

-For the IAF 19-23 Years

-For the Naval 19-22 years

-For the OTA 19-25 Years

-For the ima 19-24 years.

Nationality :

-Indian

Sorry to say that you cannot join the RAW after clearing the Combined defense services examinations.After clearing CDS exam ,you will be able to get good post in defense in various academies.

There is nothing to worry,I am providing you the path how to join the RAW:

RAW stands for the Research and Analysis Wing .It is the external intelligence department of Indian government.It is an independent agency.

Let me tell you that RAW does not recruit candidates directly.They recruit candidates from the other government departments of India like :

1.Armed forces

2.Intelligence Bureau

3.Administrative services

4.Police services

SO friend,you may aim at clearing the civil services examinations as it will enable you become IAS or IPS officer and after serving for few years ,so you may be able to join the RAW.

There is another option that is join the CBI then you will get more priority in order to join RAW.

Sorry friend but you cannot join RAW after clearing UPSC CDS Exam. CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC twice a year for the recruitment of candidates in the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Naval Academy (NA), Air Force Academy (AFA), Officers Training Academy (OTA).
You cannot join RAW from CDS Exam. You have to appear for different Exam to join RAW.
