Dear you should not worry about the question papers because i have attached some question papers of Combined Defense Service Exam of previous 4 years in original format and you need to only download these attached question papers and prepare for this exam and if you would practice more and more than you don't need to prepare from any other source but the coaching institute is must to prepare for this exam and without having enough support in the base of the preparation, you can not get qualified easily

Dates for upcoming UPSC CDS Examination

Start date for online application - 25-05-2013

Last date for online application - 24-06-2013

Date for UPSC CDS Examination - 08-09-2013

There would be following papers conducted in this exam and each paper would be conducted in objective type pattern :

1. English Language - 100 marks

2. General Knowledge - 100 marks

3. Elementary Mathematics - 100 marks

Total marks for all papers - 300 and qualifying marks would be decided by the UPSC board according to the rules and candidates would be declared qualified on the basis of the performance in all papers

Interview Process and Personality Test : If you qualify the written examination then you would have to get passed in SSB Interview process and other tests as physical and medical test and if you get qualified in these steps also then you would be under your selected section of the CDS
