you can apply IES/IPS as well as IAS exam.
these exam requires graduation from a recognized university.

general age limit is 21-30 years.

you must be Indian citizen.

The only condition for the UPSC exams is that you must have a bachelor degree from a recognized university of India.

If your graduation is from the UGC recognized university then you can apply for the UPSC exams.

Your age for the exam must lies in between 21-30 years.

dear friend, you are eligible for upsc exam if you completed your graduation degree from recognized university of country.
age criteria:
21 to 30 year open category
3 and 5 year relaxation time for obc and sc/st category respectively.

It has only one condition that you have to be 60% marks minimum in your b.tech degree.
