,let me clear you one thing that you have to satisfied all the eligibility criteria of upsc civil services examination,

he you are satisfying the eligibility criteria but not the age criteria so you are not eligible at this year.

Yes you can apply for the civil services exam on the last year

of the graduation as final year graduates can apply for the civil services exam

And you are eligible for the exam no doubt and can write the exam.

The exam is conducted by the upsc department twice in a year.

And for the exam the candidate must be pass in graduation.

Education :

-The Candidate must be pass in the graduation degree.

-Final year candidate can also apply for the exam.

Age :

-The Candidate age must be between 21-30 years.

-Their is age relaxation for the obc and sc st of 3 and 5 years.

Attempts :

-4 For the general

-7 for the obc

-unlimited for the sc,st

For Civil Service Exam candidate must be Graduate any stream from any recognized university

Final year student can also apply for this exam

Age must be between:

For General candidate 21-30 year
For OBC Candidate 21-33 year

If now you are 18 then in final year of the graduation you will be 19 or 20 but the eligiblity criteria for the exam is 21 yrs so when you will attain the age of 21 then only you will be ale to opt for the exam not before that ........

Dear student you are doing last year (final)Bsc then you are eligible CSE as you are final year BSc candidate but your age will restrict you to write Civil Services as you are 18 years of age.As far as age eligibility is concerned for Civil Services exam,you are not eligible for the same.

Eligibility;-

1.A graduate or a final year candidate from a recognized University/Institution can write Civil services exam.

2.AGE: General: 21-30 years, relaxation for OBC: 3 years, S/C S/T: 5 years.PWD: 10 years.

3.Nationality: Indian.

4.Attempts: General: 4 OBC: 7 S/C S/T & PWD: No limit.

1.The aspirant must have posses a bachelor degree in any dicipline from any recognized University or equivalent.
2.The final year students also apply for civil services.
so,you can't apply for civil service because you are a student of B.sc 2nd Year.
Age:
21 year is the minimum age required to apply for civil service.
so,you can not eligible to apply for civil service.

It is strange that you have completed your 10,10+2 and even 2 years of B.SC at a small age of 18 years,normally people takes minimum 20 years to complete their graduation,but you will be completing it at an early age of 19 years,well that is good ,but to be frank even if you complete your degree,you won't be able to apply for it even after completing it,your age does not allow you to do so.You must know well the eligibility criteria for applying in the civil services

The eligibility criteria for applying in the most of the civil services is
1)minimum qualification-graduation from any stream from any recognized university.
2)There is no percentage bar for the candidates.
3)Age limit-21 to 30 years for GC
21 to 33 years for OBC
21 to 35 years for SC/ST.
and five year upper age relaxation for ex-service government service man
and 10 year upper age relaxation for physically handicapped.

So this are the criteria for applying in the civil services(most of the).You can see that even you become eligible as per your qualification is concerned but will not be able to apply because your age does not fulfill the criteria.

You not apply at this time because the age criteri for any cast is stared 21 year.
And you are less then this .
But if your age is not effected this then you take this exam.
The qulification of this exam is complete greduation or final year student.

UPSC conducts the Civil Services Exam(CSE) every year.
CSE is conducted to make recruitments to 24 services/posts.
After clearing CSE you can get posts like IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS,etc based on your rank in the Final Merit list.
CSE is one of the toughest and most competitive exam at the All India Level.
It is conducted in 3 stages viz. 1.Prelims/CSAT Exam-is conducted to shortlist candidates for Mains Exam.
It consists of 2 papers of General Studies and of total marks 400 marks.

2.Mains Exam-is conducted to test the indepth knowledge and intellegence of the candidates.
Choice of 2 optional subjects have to be made and 2 papers of each suject prepared.
There are total 9 papers and total weightage is 200 marks.

3.Interviews-is conducted to test the personality of candidates and is of 300 marks.
It is the final stage and after this candidates are ranked in a merit list.

Eligibility For CSE :Age Limit :
General Category-21-30yrs on 1st August of the year of exam
OBC-21-33yrs
SC/ST-21-35yrs

Since you are only 18yrs you fall short of age limit to apply for CSE,
you have to wait to attain the minimum age of 21yrs to be eligible to apply to UPSC CSE.
Educational Qualification :
Minimum educational qualification to appear in the CSE is,
A Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE recognised University.

Final year appearing/appeared candidates can also apply on provision.

1.A graduate or a final year candidate irrespective of caste/tribe/marks from a recognized University in any discipline you can apply for civil services entrance exam.

2.Civil services Entrance exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

3.Age eligibility:Gen: 21-30 years.OBC: 21-33 years.S.C./S.T: 21-35 years
PWD: 21-40 years.

4.Male/Female both can apply for CSE and must be the citizen of India.

5.Attempts:Gen.can avail 4 attempts.OBC: can avail: 7 attempts.And others: No limit.

Final year students are allowed to appear for Civil Services Examination but next year you will be 19 years old which is still underage, so you have to wait for 2 more years to be eligible for applying.

sorry to say that you can't apply for Civil Services Exam while

studying in last year of graduation(B.SC). this is because in last year

of your graduation your age will be 19 years and to able to apply for

Civil Services your age must be 21 years on 1 August of the year of

exam. so you can't apply.



Eligibility Criteria For Civil Services:


1. You need to complete or appearing in final year of graduation from recognized college or university with any percentage.


AGE LIMIT:


General Category: 21 to 30 years
OBC Category: 21 to 33 years
SC/ST: 21 to 35 years

Eligibility Criteria To apply for Civil Services Exam 2013 :

Educational Qualification : Should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university and those candidates who are pursuing final year of degree or awaiting for result of final year or appearing for final year examinations may also apply for this exam.

Age Limitations : Should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years and relaxations in age as per government guidelines which is 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PWD and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen Candidates.

Until you do not complete your 21 years of age you can not apply for Civil Services Exams because it is in the rules of the UPSC board and you will complete your 21 years of age in 2015 so that you have very much time so that you should prepare for exams and do not waste your time in any other streams if you really serious about your Civil Services Exams and when you complete your 21 years of age then apply for this exam.

You have 3 years and if you will concentrate at your study then you will definitely get the best means you may be selected in prelims at once and if you prepare hard then you can reach to the interview process and may qualify that.

In civil services exam final year candidate are also eligible but there are some age limit which is minimum 21 year that means a candidate who are appearing final year exam and his age must be 21 year or more than 21 year are eligible. so dear you will not eligible when you are in final year because at that time your age is 19 year.

when you will complete your age 21 year then you can apply for Civil services exam

(marks or percentage doesn't matter)
