Dear friend,
You have to know the examination pattern and syllabus for the examination.then you can keep time schedule to prepare for it.
Better to take coaching from reputed inistitution because you will get experience in examination syllabus from the teachers and read newspapers and magazine for GK.
If you will prefer for self study you may not get deep knowledge inside the topics.

Then you only you can keep time schedule to prepare for it.

Hi

UPSC exam has two stages

i)Preliminary Exam

ii)Mains Exam

If you want to join the foreign services then you must have o work hard for this.

The eligibility for the exam is that you must have a bachelor degree from a recognized university and your age must lies in between 21-30 years.

For this you need to apply for the civil service exam.

To crack the Civil service exam you need of very hard work. because exam pattern is quite tough and lots of candidates apply for this exam.

You should schedule your time table as per your syllabus and stricty follow it.

Study news paper and magazine for the GK.

Study reference books for the preparation.

solve previous year question paper to understand the exam pattern.
