Yes definitely you can appear for IAS/IES/CDS exam after you complete your graduation as the only criteria for it is: *You have complete your graduation from recognized university. *Age limit 21-30 yrs.... Hello friend.....dont worry, you have a bocklog,u cleared it.now you have no problem to appy for upsc exam..you can appear in the ias/ies/ips exam eligibility for ias/ies/ips exam;- the person must be graduate from any recognized univercity the person must be indian citizen age limit is 21 to 30 years exam pattern of ias/ips;- priliminary exam mains exam ies exam;- this exam is only for b tech students,upsc is conducted ies exam for only b tech students civil engineering,mechanical,eee,ece,cse students can only eligible for ies exam age relaxiation for those exams;- obc;-3 years sc/st-5 years phd-10 years ex service man-5 years no of attempts for ias exam;- general-4 obc-7 sc/st-unlimited cds exam;- the person must be graduate person must be physically and mentally fit age limit is 19 to 24 years must be indian citizen i hope you understand thank you

Yes, you can appear for any of the UPSC exams because UPSC doesn't take the backlogs into eligibility consideration. It just requires that you should have a degree from university certified by UGC,aicte... Regards...
