Quantification for income tax officer exam;-

>>you must be passed a graduate degree from a recognized with minimum 50%.


>>>>minimum age is 18 years.

>>maximum age is 28 years.

There is age relaxation;-

for obc category-3 years

for sc/st category-5 years.

fpr ph/widows-5 years.

In order to appear this exam,you will have to apply SSC CGL(combined graduate level) exam.

Notification is given 19th march 2013.

Kindly follow the below steps

To become INCOME TAX OFFICER you need to write STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION


Generally SSC is conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION

You must have a minimum of GRADUATION from a recognized university

The minimum age must be 18 years

And you must have secured a minimum of 50% from a recognized university

You must be an INDIAN CITIZEN

If you want to become the Income Tex officer then you can apply for the exam through UPSC.

ELIGIBILITY FOR INCOME TEX OFFICER POST

>>You must have a bachelor degree from a recognized university of India in any stream

>>Your age must lies in between 18-28 years.

>>You must Be Indian

>>You must be physically or mentally fit.

>>Age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years is given to the OBC & SC/ST candidates respectively.

So you can apply for the post.
