Re: What are the required physical standards for a ST candidate in UPSC CPF exam? Will there be any relaxation in PET for SC/ST CPF qualifiers? All candidates who clear written exam will be put to physical standards test. the minimum physical standards are Physical standard Men Women height 165 cm 157 cm chest (unexpanded) 81 cm --------- weight 50 kg 46 kg the weight should be as per height. No separate standard for ST candidates. It is common for all. All candidates who meet prescribed physical standards have to definitely clear the physical Efficiency test according to the following standards. There will not be any community wise relaxation in Physical Efficiency tests. Test Men Women 100 metres race 16 seconds 18 seconds 800 metres race in 3 min 45 seconds in 4 min 45 seconds long jump 3.5 metres (3chances) 3 metres (3chances) Shotput (7.26 kg) 4.5 metres ------------ The above standard for PET is compulsory for all irrespective of which community you belong.
